# Portal

**Portal** is Ilmiya’s dedicated dashboard for parents and guardians. It gives you a real-time view of your child’s learning — their grades, activity, points, badges, trophies, behavior rewards, and leaderboard position — all without needing to log into the student account.

## What Parents Can Do in Portal

-   **Monitor progress** — See grades, mastery scores, and accuracy across every lesson
-   **Track activity** — Review how often and how long your child is learning each day
-   **Follow achievements** — Watch badges, trophies, and points accumulate over time
-   **Check behavior** — View positive and negative behavior reward points
-   **Compare rankings** — See your child’s position on the leaderboard
-   **Stay informed** — All data updates in real time as your child learns

## Access Requirements

Portal is only accessible to users with a **Parent** or **Guardian** role. If you log in with any other account (student, teacher or admin), you will be redirected to Campus. Contact your organization’s administrator to set up your parent/guardian account.

> **Tip**
>
> You don’t need to share or access your child’s login to use Portal — your parent account has its own separate credentials and gives you a dedicated view of their progress.
