# Password Management

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it directly from the sign-in page without needing to contact anyone.

## Reset a Forgotten Password

1.  On the sign-in page, enter your email and click **Login**, then click **Forgot password?**
2.  Check that the **email address** shown is the one linked to your account.
3.  Click **Reset password**.
4.  Check your inbox for a password reset email from Ilmiya.
5.  Open the email and click the reset link.
6.  Enter your **new password** and confirm it.
7.  Click **Next** — your password is updated and you can sign in with the new one.

> **Tip**
>
> Check your **spam or junk** folder if the reset email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes. Make sure the email address you entered matches the one on your account.

## Change Your Password (When Signed In)

If you’re already signed in and want to update your password:

1.  Click your **profile avatar** in the top-right corner.
2.  Select **Profile**, then find the **Login** section.
3.  Click the edit (pencil) icon next to **Password**.
4.  Enter your **current password**, then your **new password** twice.
5.  Click **Change password**.

## Didn’t Receive the Reset Email?

-   Check your spam or junk folder.
-   Confirm you entered the correct email address.
-   Wait a few minutes and try again.
-   Contact your organization administrator if the issue persists.
