# Login

Once you have an Ilmiya account, sign in at [platform.ilmiya.com](https://platform.ilmiya.com/) to access all your organizations.

## How to Sign In

1.  Go to [platform.ilmiya.com](https://platform.ilmiya.com/) and navigate to the **Sign In** page.
2.  Enter your **email address** and click **Login**. On the **Welcome Back!** screen that follows, enter your **password**.
3.  Click **Next**.

## Organization Selector

After a successful sign-in you’ll land on the **Organization listing page**.

-   If you belong to **one organization**, you’ll see it listed and can click to enter.
-   If you belong to **multiple organizations**, all of them are shown — select the one you want to open.

> **Tip**
>
> You can return to the organization listing at any time to switch between organizations without signing out.

## Troubleshooting

| Issue | What to do |
| --- | --- |
| Forgot password | Click **Forgot password?** on the sign-in page — see [Password Management](https://ilmiya.com/docs/accounts/password-management/) |
| Wrong email or password | Check for typos; passwords are case-sensitive |
| Account not found | Make sure you’re using the email you registered with |
| No organizations shown | Contact your organization administrator to confirm your access |

## Signing Out

Click your **profile avatar** in the top-right corner and select **Logout**. You’ll be returned to the sign-in page.

> **Caution**
>
> Always sign out when using a shared or public device to protect your account.
